Generally:
When you sign up for our newsletter, we process the e-mail address that you enter when signing up.
If you ask us to contact you with information about renting out your vacation home through Más Amigos Bostad, we process the personal data you provide when you make that request. This normally involves your name, phone number, email address and address.

With tenants:
When you book a holiday home via Más Amigos Bostad, we process the personal data that you provide in connection with the booking because this is required to be able to process and carry out your booking. If you are not willing to provide this information, we cannot complete your booking.
With home owners:
When you enter into an agency agreement with Más Amigos Bostad, we process the personal data that you provide in connection with entering into this agreement as well as information about your vacation home because these are required to be able to carry out and optimize rentals and fulfill our contractual obligations. If you are not willing to provide these information, we cannot fulfill our contractual obligations.

For the lessee:
When you book a holiday home via Más Amigos Bostad, we process the personal data you provide in connection with your booking in order to contact you with good offers and tips about Más Amigos Bostad's products and service. This processing of your personal data is carried out because we have a legitimate interest in maintaining contact with you in the hope that you will want to rent a holiday home through us in the future. For the homeowner:
We process your personal data to contact you after the mediation agreement has ended with offers related to resuming our cooperation. This processing of their personal data is carried out because we have a legitimate interest in maintaining contact with them and thus work for the possibility of being able to resume our cooperation. You can therefore expect us to contact you after the mediation agreement has expired with offers and information that are relevant to you in connection with deciding whether you want to resume renting through Más Amigos Bostad.

When you sign up for our newsletter, we process your personal data based on our interest in marketing Más Amigos Bostad's products and services to you. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
